We are looking for a junior Hardware Engineer - Board Design
Responsibilities
- Full responsibility (E2E) on HW design as part of mass production system design:
- Kick off, Product HW specifications and requirements
- Electrical PCB schematics
- Component selection (Design to cost and design to mass production)
- Layout PCB guidance
- Testing documentation
- bring-up process and design validation
- Hands-on development and testing in a lab environment.
- Accompanying production and qualification processes
- Support along product life cycle.
- Customers design guidelines.
Requirements
- B.Sc in Electrical Engineering
- 1-2 years experience as a Board Designer
- Experience in layout, design bring-up, and verification.
- Experience in PCB Design Tools (e.g., Altium Designer, Mentor Expedition, Cadence)
- Familiar with lab equipment (oscilloscope, Spectrum Analyzer, Function Generator, DVM)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Advantages
- Experience in Power Delivery Network Design
- Experience in digital interfaces (e.g. SPI, I2C )
- Ability to independently learn, investigate, and implement new technologies.
- Knowledge in scripting languages like bash, Python, etc – Advantage.
- Experience in Allegro is a substantial- Advantage
