Oren Yokev’s Keynote at the Beyond Data Seminar

Oren Yokev, Chain Reaction’s CTO, gave the keynote speech at Beyond Data – a seminar on application trends in Privacy Enhancing Technologies, hosted by Audrey Tang, Minister of Digital Affairs of Taiwan (MODA).

Focused on the escalating need for trusted environments, Yokev spoke about acceleration solutions for PETs and data privacy versus data utility tradeoffs – specifically FHE.
As cloud infrastructure design and solutions become increasingly application specific, the concept of Zero-Trust Privacy, and the acceleration needed to make it possible in real-time grow exponentially.
Yokev showcased prevalent hyperscaler use cases, such as LLMs and biometrics.
