The main bottleneck in scaling cutting edge solutions in privacy tech, data-analysis and real-time computing is acceleration – existing hardware cannot keep up with data processing needs. As a Solutions Engineer, you will play a vital role in driving the success of our products and technologies.

Roles and responsibilities

  • Present products and technological roadmap to customers, showcasing innovative solutions and understanding their specific needs.
  • Identify and develop opportunities within customer businesses for Chain Reaction’s offerings, aligning their requirements with our products to deliver tailored solutions.
  • Research and explore opportunities for new product offerings, joint ventures, and co-development projects to enhance our product portfolio continuously.
  • Support the sales team by addressing technical queries, providing customer input, and effectively communicating requirements to the R&D team.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers before and after the sale to ensure satisfaction and foster long-term partnerships.


  • Bachelor's degree (BSc.) in Electrical/Computer/System Engineering or a related field.
  • Willingness and ability to travel to customers across the US, approximately once a month, to better understand their needs and provide on-site support.
  • Proven experience in Semiconductors or System Engineering, demonstrating familiarity with both hardware and software systems, enabling effective resolution of complex technical challenges.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to present ideas in a clean, user-friendly way, conveying technical concepts effectively.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills, allowing you to build strong relationships with customers and work effectively within cross-functional teams.


  • Knowledge of Bitcoin Mining technology and market trends, allowing you to address specific customer needs within this domain.
  • Prior experience in customer-facing roles, demonstrating your ability to understand and cater to customer requirements effectively.
