We are hiring a motivated Marketing Specialist to support marketing operations. Responsibilities include managing social media accounts, organizing conferences and events, issuing reports and analytics to assess effectiveness of activities, and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to promote marketing activities while meeting tight deadlines. This position offers room for professional development and learning in a fast-paced and innovative environment.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage preparation for conferences and exhibitions, including coordinating logistics, managing timelines, and ensuring successful on-site presence.
- Collaborate with multiple vendors, such as designers, printers, suppliers, to coordinate marketing materials and activities.
- Prepare and deliver high-quality marketing materials, including brochures, banners, presentations, videos, and promotional items.
- Maintain social media accounts, following a social media calendar and monitoring performance.
- Generate reports and analytics to assess the effectiveness of marketing activities and provide insights for improvement.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of marketing initiatives while adhering to tight deadlines.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Extensive events and conference organizational experience – a must.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills to handle multiple marketing activities and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders in a dynamic environment.
- Strong proficiency in managing social media platforms and creating engaging content.
- Professional proficiency in English (written and verbal).
