We are looking for hands-on, driven Controller to join our Finance team

Roles and Responsibilities

• Lead / Own the monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes to ensure accurate and timely reporting.
• Prepare and analyze financial reports (Consolidated US GAAP statements, management and investors related reports).
• Oversee and streamline finance documented policies, processes and internal controls.
• Prepare, supervise, review, and approve all tax and regulatory filings and other statutory reports, ensuring full compliance with local and international requirements
• Partner with external auditors and ensure smooth quarterly reviews and annual audits.
• Drive automation and system improvements within our ERP and reporting tools.
• Manage the payroll process in coordination with the external payroll bureau.
• Drive automation and system improvements within our ERP and other tools and Enhance and implement additional financial and accounting systems and solutions.
• Treasury management and cash flow forecasting.
• Support the Finance leadership team with ad hoc analysis and special projects that help guide strategic decisions.
